In order for you to be comfortable that you have enough space and that you have ample room for your website to grow Linx Data Ltd. do not set a limit on the amount of space that your site can use. **
How much Web Site traffic to you expect?
Regardless of the amount of traffic that you expect your site to attract this is not a problem if your site is commissioned from and hosted by Linx Data Ltd. As with our disk space policy Linx Data Ltd will not charge you for bandwidth used to certain limits as other companies do. In short: unlike many web hosting companies you will see, especially the so called 'Budget' providers, Linx Data Ltd. will not penalise you for having a successfully site. **
Customer Support
One of the biggest complaints that many people have with their Web Host is a lack of customer support. Linx Data Ltd. offers exemplary support for our customers by email and telephone. Sometimes people are seduced by hosting packages that offer a years hosting for a nominal fee whilst failing to take into account the drawbacks of these services. e.g. No guarantee of uptime. No personal service. No comeback if your site disappears. No backup of your website and information. No background search engine optimisation.
In effect you will be expected to provide your own technical support / system administrator / developer / programmer - sort out your own email difficulties - do your own development - run your own backup policy - workout your own search engine optimisation - purchase your own software to manage your site etc. without the benefit of having any training or experience in this field.
Real Response
Many hosting companies will boast misleading response times to your queries or concerns. For instance you send a complaint email, your host sends an automated response to you that confirms receipt of your email. hey presto you have been responded to within 5 minutes. Now just sit back and wait for days for something to maybe be done about your complaint.
