Linx Data Ltd. are firmly committed to making websites accessible to any and all visitors regardless of any disability they may suffer. Linx Data Ltd. as a matter of principle ensure that all sites that we produce are accessible to WCAG Level1 and routinely make sites accessible to WCAG Levels 2 and 3. Dependant on Clients requirements. (Please note that due to the additional work required in achieving these levels of accessibility this may add to the development cost of your Website; however the advantage of top class accessibility is that it makes your site viewable to a further 15% of the public who would not otherwise be able to access it).

Legal Requirement
The Disability Discrimination Act 1995 (the DDA), was introduced with the intention of comprehensively tackling the discrimination which many disabled people face. The part of the DDA that states websites must be made accessible came into force on 1 October 1999 and the Code of Practice for this section of the Act was published on 27 May 2002.

We do this by following the broad guidelines set out below at the design stage, and then by a process of rigorous testing as a website is constructed and completed.
